How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on your location and customs processing.
Can I return a vinyl record or CD if it has been opened?
To maintain quality standards, we only accept returns on media items like vinyl and CDs if they are still in their original, unopened shrink-wrap. If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.
What should I do if my vinyl arrives warped or damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damage and your order number. we will provide a prepaid return label and ship out a replacement immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor your package's progress.
